Money Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a complete refund, less payment gateway costs, if we are unable to publish an article or guest post on the publisher websites you have bought from. As an alternative, we could provide you with a link to duplicate the order on comparable publisher websites or transfer the money to your Rankologic wallet account for later use.

Requests for Refunds During the Writing Process

We can provide a 50% refund if you choose to cancel your order at any point during the article writing or review process.

Refunds Requested During the Publishing Process

Requests for refunds made during the publication of a guest post will be turned down.

Refund Processing:

  • Within 24 hours after being received, refund claims will either be accepted or denied.
  • Refunds for credit cards will be processed in five to seven business days.
  • Refunds from PayPal will show up in your account right away following processing.

Non-Refund Policy:

Because our products and services are intangible, Rankologic has a stringent no-refund policy. We don’t accept refund requests once the service or guest post link has been provided. Except for the circumstances listed below, you accept our non-refundable policy when purchasing Rankologic packages, subscription plans, or sponsored guest post services.

How to Request a Refund:

Disputes & Complaints:

If customers feel that our services are not good to the description on our website, they may file a complaint with our support staff within seven days of making a purchase. We do not accept complaints based just on erroneous expectations and instead demand concrete proof that the acquired product or service does not live up to expectations.
